 This Tailgate Wheel Stand has a 16" base plate with a 10" riser and is made of strong and rigid ABS Plastic. This wheel stand has a interior riser diameter of 2-1/4" so it is the recommended fit for our 28' tailgating flagpoles.

Two-piece construction is provided for easy storage and transportation.
