Shipping Methods: |
Standard Shipping
If Standard Shipping is selected, orders are processed within 48 hours
and are shipped via USPS or UPS,
therefore, a physical shipping address is recommended.
Standard Shipping Rates
$5.50 for order totals between $0.00 and $60.00
$7.35 for order totals between $60.00 and $100.00
$9.45 for order totals between $100.00 and $150.00
$11.95 for order totals over $150.00

Express Shipping Options
Our Express Shipping options include UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd
Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. If selected, orders placed before 2:00pm CST (Central
Standard Time) will ship the same business day as ordered. If placed after
2:00pm CST, the order will ship the next business day via the Express
Shipping method selected. P.O. Boxes are not accepted with our
Express Shipping Options.
Express Shipping rates are determined by the order weight and
shipping State. Our easy to use shipping calculator is located on the first
page of our shopping cart.

is committed to providing quality products. If you are disappointed in the
items ordered, you may return or exchange the merchandise for full refund
minus original shipping charges in accordance with our below
return policy. This request must be made within 90 days of delivery.

Return Policy: |
Please review your items to ensure the quality meets its intended use.
If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number from us by emailing your request to
RMA@sportsflagsandproducts.com within 90
days of delivery. We will reply promptly with your RMA# and return instructions.
Once we reply with your RMA #, please indicate this # and request for Return or Exchange on
the 4x8 inch return/exchange card enclosed with your order. If this card has been misplaced, please include a note with RMA# in your return shipment.
If you are exchanging your item for a different item, style, or size,
please indicate name of item to be exchanged for on this card.
Exchange shipping fees are free.
The item(s) must be returned in unused new condition including tags and labels along with original packaging. You may want to insure your return, as we cannot be
responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order
by credit card, a refund will be issued within 10 business days and will appear on your
next billing statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Orders, Event Merchandise, and Media Orders are not eligible for return, refund,
or exchange. |

orders. If you would rather send a personal check or money order, please use

We also offer a line of e-Gift Cards which are sent instantly to the
gift recipient so they are perfect for last minute gifts.
After your order ships, a charge from "Sports
Flags and Products Co." will appear on your next billing
statement.
